FGV In Company brings the HR CREATING THE ORGANIZATIONS OF THE FUTURE course to your organization, an executive training program to prepare the new generation of HR leaders able to contribute to the construction and organizational transformation through a learning experience that:

  • Encourages to “look outside”;
  • Expands network;
  • Encourages connections between different areas of knowledge;
  • Generates innovation in HR and the organization;
  • Explores synergies.

TARGET AUDIENCE

HR professionals identified with high potential and on a development path, to assume leadership positions in the field, who are able to face the current and future challenges of HR in the new business environment.

METHODOLOGY

The course will be offered as blended, considering different approach, content mediation and experience sharing approaches to favor diversity in learning styles and to develop the digital literacy of participants.

The SNOC FGV method will be used throughout the program, an approach developed within the scope GNAM, a global network between academic institutions and top business schools. It is based on active learning strategies (Flipped Classroom, case studies, Active Learning and Problem Based Learning) where participants are protagonists of the process and which are developed with the support of software for synchronous virtual classes using digital tools, projects, workshops with group activities and guided discussions.
