On May 13th, ISAE Escola de Negócios hosted the Connect Experience meeting promoted by Instituto Connect, in Curitiba. The program began with a welcome by Tania Mara Lopes, vice-president of ISAE and Silvana Pampu, founder of Instituto Connect Hub Curitiba. Next, the schedule continued with the Lecture by the Executive Director of FGV In Company, João Lins, with the theme “The Future of Work”. João addressed the topic by sharing his expertise on studies of the future of work and new organizational structures.

The public can also appreciate a panel with a practical approach and the challenges of leading in this context in large companies. Executives Alexandre Sgarabotto, People Director at Grupo Boticário, Fernanda Ferraza, Digital Transformation Latam at Bosch and Luiz Guilherme Malucelli, Manufacturing Eng & Project Office Director at Volvo shared the main challenges in leading and generating environments that inspire innovation and that are attractive to different generations.

The event was attended by more than 50 C-Level professionals from different companies who were invited to instigate debates to generate practical insights and strategies to lead with ambidexterity amid constant technological change, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration and adaptation.

The night ended with a cocktail where everyone was invited to make connections with others present, in order to strengthen relationships and provide networking among the professionals present and promote exchanges between them.
