FGV In Company, Fenabravee Academia CEO launch second course offering for the automotive sector
In an unprecedented partnership with Fenabrave and Academia CEO, FGV In Company launched a series of courses aimed at dealerships. The first offering of the "Customer Experience" course was a notable success, with the formation of two classes. The course, which combined live sessions with a simultaneous final face-to-face meeting in São Paulo, Florianópolis, Fortaleza and Goiânia, received praise and positive testimonials from students and coordinators, highlighting its relevance for the automotive sector.
Marcelo Ramalho, professor of Customer Experience, reports that the intensity of participation has attracted attention. “Both in class 2 and class 1, they are very participative, and I may be 'unaccustomed', since in conventional classes we have to encourage students to speak out. This Fenabrave environment is very similar to the type of training I do/participate in my daily life: bigger participations. I think it's very cool and enjoyable to have a participatory room like this. Another point that draws attention is that many participants already have training routines directly at dealerships, so the topics we bring are not necessarily new to them, as there are already practical efforts from some networks, for example, in CRM, data science & analytics , etc., at an even more advanced level than we see in most companies in general. The discussion then becomes more mature, more assertive - many want to talk and tell how they do at their dealerships, and with that the debate becomes much richer. The overall impression is very positive.”
Faced with this growing demand for specialized knowledge, we announced the second offering of the "Customer Experience" course, aimed especially at dealerships associated with Fenabrave. The next edition will maintain the live format with the final in-person meeting in São Paulo.
Furthermore, in response to the diverse needs of concessionaires across the country, we also launched the "Strategic Management" course, which will support decision-making in light of contemporary challenges, based on the construction of planning based on the company's value proposition . The location of the meetings will depend on the number of registrants in each location, offering the possibility of in-person sessions in São Paulo, Curitiba, Fortaleza, Goiânia and Recife.
